East Towne Pet Clinic is the best! They really are abd they go out if they’re way to make sure you and your pet are well taken care of.

The process due to COVID-19 made us feel very safe. The tech who came the car was helpful and friendly.

this was a visit during covid, so it was curbside. My only suggestion is that you let clients know ahead of time the protocol. I ended up calling the office the morning of my appointment to see if I would have an opportunity to share my wishes/concerns re Belle for the appointment as I would not actually see Dr. Ann. They assured me someone would come out to talk to me prior to their taking Belle inside. Steve was great, taking all the time in the world to listen to me and write down my questions/concerns. He gave me an overview when he brought Belle back out, and I hear back from Dr. Ann w/in a few hours re Belle s labs. Couldn t be happier.

The vet techs and Dr. Vetter have been amazing every step of the way with Tommy. Owning a rabbit has been a lot more challenging than I ever imagined, but the staff at East Towne Pet Clinic has been so supportive and helpful with all of his health issues. Appreciate the effort to keep everyone safe during Covid-19!

I always feel that the staff consider my pet their own and their concern is the same as mine. They are thorough, don t rush, and go above and beyond to make sure my pet is taken care of and that I completely understand test results, etc. Almost like a family with the same goals of keeping our pets healthy and happy.

Just brought Pepin over for a wing- and nail trim. Headed him over to a friendly, knowledgeable receptionist and received him back in short order. Can t tell you how much I appreciate an avian veterinarian close by! It s hard to fill out the Questions above for this appointment due to the COVID-19 constraints. In the past I ve been thoroughly satisfied—excellent—with all the points above.

I didn t go inside, so didn t observe the cleanliness, but based on prior visits; I would assume they were clean. The visit was based on car pick up, but the service was excellent as always. I had ordered syringes prior to the appointment, but had forgotten. They were brought out for me, and I appreciate that!

Drive up service for a cat check up and rabies shot. It all worked well.

Appointment was annual check-up for cat on April 27th. Curbside pickup was provided. Great experience, very impressed by curbside assistance. The employee who helped me was wonderful— maintained distance and listened. I appreciated letter from Dr. Vetter. Thank you!

Through these crazy times with the Covid virus, this was the only place to get my dogs nails cut. I appreciate that they were there for us in our time of need, thank you. Most places to get pets groomed are closed.

First time visit and I was very happy with everything. Only issue is that when I called on the phone the answering machine wasn’t setup so I had to send an email.

You guys are always amazing. I wanted to thank you for going above and beyond during this hard time with the coronavirus. I felt safe with how thorough you were with sanitizing and safe distancing, and I’ll worry less about you guys knowing you’re taking every precaution to stay safe.
