The doctors and nurses here are always so friendly and wonderful. However, the people behind the desk for check in can be very rude almost as it they re not happy to be there. They make it seem like they don t have time for you.

Everytime we come there, the vets know almost immediately what is going on with our pets and have a plan. We are moving to Louisville and will miss this place a lot!

It was the first time I had seen Dr. Fuller. He was great with Sadie. He explained everything to me and was very pleasant.

I love this place and really feel that they care about our dogs.

This was our first time at the new facility- very nice. We did not have an appointment, but were worked in right away as we were concerned our dog might have ingested a toxin. Dr. Fuller is attentive, answered all our questions- top notch. Front desk staff member was friendly, did her best to work us in and asked about Toby as we checked out. Thank you :)

I was satisfied with all the services but I thought I was to come home with a spray solution and I didn t . I can t make the stars do anything but I would have checked fives for all.

I love having CKVC taking care of our dogs and cat. Everyone is great. I would like to see less wait time in exam room. it s difficult to be patient when waiting when you are able to hear voices in the treatment area laughing and talking. The appointment I had was made in advance so I didn t think the wait time would be so long. Thank-you for everything you all do for our four legged family members. Ann Quattrocchi

While I think this is a very good facility, I think it is too expensive. I may have to look for one that s less expensive.
