We have always been happy with the care our pets have received over the years. We drive from Paris because we know and trust they will be cared for as if they were your own. We have had after hour emergencies and we have never been told not to bring them right in and a vet will be there waiting. Thank you all!

Everything was fine with the appointment but I had ofa xrays done and they were supposed to wait until I called to decide if I wanted them sent in they were prelims. They were sent in without me calling and I found out when I called to say I did not want to send them in. I guess I should have waited to put my cc info on the form so I learned for next time

As far as Friendliness goes, CKVC needs some work at the front desk. Two in particular can be very rude and I personally know three people who stopped using their services because of this. Everything else is excellent though. Awesome facility and Drs. are very nice as well, just those two women at times are so rude.

I received prompt attention even though I didn t have an appointment. My cat is doing well on the medication prescribed and recovering nicely.

We came in with Sparky ten minutes before closing and the staff was wonderful and accommodating!!! Thank you so much! Sparky is doing great!

Service prices were not discussed with me..there was a special for blood work and more services I assumed i would get the benefit from but did not. I was Told they had later hour appointments and decided to take a 7:30 but then realized afterwards that i was charged more for this. I could have gone anytime during the day just took an open evening appointment time. Had STAT blood work done and charges more but didn t require STAT bloodworm it was not an emergency. I will probably not return.
