Waiting time was slow because I didn t tell them I had an appointment and others were taken in front of me. Could not have been treated nicer and they apologized for making me wait. I can t say enough about Dr.Kirkland, and the treatment Jackie, got from her. I really didn t think our Jackie may make it having 2 surgeries and a broken tooth taken out at her age. In fact I would have had the tooth taken care of sooner but I was afraid for to be put to sleep. She is her old self again and I give all the credit to Dr. Kirkland s knowledge and caring. I Thank all the rest of the staff for taking such good care of Jackie because I see a staff working together for the best of the patient. Thank You Again!!! Linda Stacy

Prior to scheduling my dogs surgery on Thursday, I made sure that her pickup could be after 5 pm as I see patients in a clinic and knew that I could not make it before 5, especially this time of year. The morning I dropped her off, I once again verified that pickup would be after 5 pm. I was told that was fine as they had evening hours. After surgery that same day, I received a call that Rosie had to be picked up by 5 as the clinic would be closed for a Christmas party. My husband had to leave work early so that she could be picked up by 5. I have been more than satisfied with the service and understand that mistakes happen, but feel that having confirmed the date with 2 separate people for late pickup, someone should be paying attention. I was, to say the least... not happy.

I was to receive a urinalysis report 24 hours later but have not received any calls or emails :/

Was surprised by the very kind staff...I was referred and defiantly will continue referring you to other potential clients. Was beyond happy with the service we received.

Brought the dog in to be seen for her ears - it was found that her ears were infected. I was given medicine and a wash for the dog, but they never cleaned out the dog s ears, which were painful and the reason we brought her in in the first place. I was then charged for not only the ear exam, but for a wellness visit that she didn t need or ask for. When my husband came home with the bill I called and left a message asking for an explanation and haven t heard back since, that was two days ago.

Meghan was very helpful when I picked up Maverick, but there was a little confusion about what I took to the clinic with me. Still, we were able to retrieve his blankie and carrier. (I spoil him terribly!)

Visit answered all my questions. Dr. Bollinger and his assistants were great....

I am very pleased with the meet and greet I arranged for our new greyhound. It s important to us for Dolly s first appointment to be casual and pain free so she would feel comfortable coming there when she s hurt or sick. We have always enjoyed the staff and have felt that their passion and professionalism allows us to keep our pet healthy and happy.

Prices keep going up! Ask lady and she said you are about to get a print out with a breakdown and that s all she said

I love everything about Central Ky. The staff is always so welcoming and patience with my hyper girl. To have so many patients in and out throughout the day, the office always smells clean and looks spotless.

I, and my four cats: Mala, Daa, Magnus, and now Magna have been patients for maybe 30 years or more, and I have, and trusted the office since we brought Mala there--at least that long ago. I spoke with the vet very briefly when I dropped off my dog. He was in a rush to get out of the room, and the vet tech had to bring him back to have him answer a few more questions. When I picked up my dog that night, I was disappointed to not be able to speak to the vet who worked on my dog. I was told he would give me a call the following day, but he never did. It seems like everything went ok, but with the price of my bill and for peace of mind, it would have been nice to have the vet review with me.

Was a little disappointed when none of the front office staff called to inform me the new large animal vet had quite but was very happy to have Dr Scott Weekly make my Farm call. He is the best vet in the clinic and did a fine job castration my 2 pigs. Thanks again to Dr weekly!

I think the prices are high here but I have never had a problem with the service I get there. I have recommended you to several people I know who have been looking for vets in the area.
