we have always had such great care and support from everyone at the facility. We love the staff and Vets.

Our visit was wonderful! Everyone was very kind and helpful!

Dr. Armon was super! She spent time listening to my concerns, answering all my questions. I did not feel rushed. She asked relevant questions and was gentle with my kitty. I would like her to be my new vet when I have to bring in either my dog, Foxie Lady, or my cat, Macha!

We love Dr. Cameron Dow and the staff. We’ve been through a lot with our pets and Dr. Dow is brilliant when it comes to solutions. He really cares and goes above and beyond. Our dogs and cat like him, which is very important. We’ve honestly never had such a wonderful vet. The staff is so friendly and they care, really care about our fur babies. Thank you for treating us like family! ??

I was asking questions about your boarding facility. With that on my mind I neglected to remember to make a future appointment. It would be appreciated if at the time of check out, I was asked if I needed another appointment as a reminder to make one. Otherwise your place is the best!

It is very evident that Dr. Joy truly loves what she is doing. When she carried my dog, Pierre, into a back room to get assistance with an examination, she held him so lovingly that her concern was evident. She is truly a joy .

we ve been coming to Prescott animal hospital for 43 years. Of course it s under different management over the years but has always been good. The doctors and management now is excellant . The staff is amazing and very caring and Susie loves Dr. Dow.

I have a somewhat high strung dog and all the staff and Drs are very patient and sweet to Hank. We saw Dr. Jason and she couldn t have been more professional. She was very nice and reassuring to Hank. Very understanding.

Dr. Jason was friendly and answered all of my questions. She took great care of my dachshund.

After the office did the blood test, which I paid for, they told me it was not necessary because my puppy was not yet a year old, even they previously sold me Interceptor for an adult dog without a blood test. I am not happy.

I just moved to Prescott. My dog had a problem with his ear. My landlady recommended your practice and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was able to get a same day appointment. The staff, vet tech and Dr. Chambers were outstanding. Thanks so much and how lucky for Jake and I to have you as our fur baby doctor!

I am a new customer. Thank you for taking me in with my two dogs. I was impressed with everything, I even noticed someone was sweeping the floors when I was waiting to be seen and they already looked clean. Dr. and Mary each spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our many questions which was much appreciated. Also had some great suggestions for us! When I called for the appointment, Anthony was VERY helpful and polite.

My only low scores go to the employee who answered the phone, she made it difficult to get scheduled in the tone of her voice was like, we were asking too much of her to find a morning slot for us, but she did it, also it took 20 min. To see us, not a big deal, but we had alot to do that day
