As usual, everyone at La Cumbre was kind, helpful, and caring. Eve has taken care of two dogs for me and she’s always been wonderful with them. She gives clear and concise information, as well as presenting any treatment options. The last couple of days I’ve dealt with Rachelle and Ari and they’ve both also been kind and helpful.

We have a difficult kitty - and haven t taken her to the vet for many years because of it. Thank you for having a set procedure to deal with kitties like her, and for giving us the tools to hopefully handle some of the easier tasks (nail trimming, cleaning...) at home. Everyone is always very attentive when I go in, as far as is possible. Some times the office is very busy - which is and of itself - a good thing! Moki loves to go there - another good sign ...

I am so incredibly pleased with this practice so far. This was our first appointment and we were able to get all of our annual visit needs met quickly. Everyone at the practice was so helpful in answering all of my questions, providing ample education, and help keep my anxious pup calmer than usual.

Everyone was great. The one piece of feedback was the time I was on hold to make appts. Both times I was on hold for 10-15 minutes.

Dr. Stodard and the staff were (as always) warm, kindly, competent and professional. I appreciated the Tim she took with us nd the fact that she wasnt over pushy in trying to upsale more products and services but did take her time in explaining them with me.

While we were waiting a vet tech came out to make sure my little rat wasn t in serious respiratory distress, so she wouldn t have to wait to get oxygen if she needed it right away. She was fine, but it was really lovely to have someone come out to check!
