Jus want Dr. Alonzo to know that I ground up some of the freeze dried liver snaps and sprinkled about 1 t. on Teo s food, stirred it up and he gobbled his food down. I may have hit only something for at least the moment he is eating like a trouper.

My dog was very sick this week, but not emergency sick. I called LaCumbre, and the staff returned my call quickly and got him in to see a doctor, even though they were very booked up. I am from out of town, but come to Santa Barbara for part of the winter. We have needed a vet several times and have gotten the best of care at LaCumbre.

Such a warm and friendly welcome. My two had blood tests in preparation for tooth cleaning. I would like copies of the blood work for my records.

Front desk welcoming and Dr Gibbs is kind, gentle with my pet, answering all my questions and returned call promptly. She’s professional and I felt her warmth and caring personality shine through ! Assistant was excellent! Thank you Staff for all you do !

Had to wait 30 minutes to get a vaccine during drop in hours. But love that you have drop in hours!

My dogs had the worst time The parking lot is very active and noisy adjacent to the middle of an intersection The jingle Bell on the front door was startling to my dogs The technician was great . The doctor seemed lnot so experienced and less assured There iwas a lack of communication at the end where I was left waiting for a long period of time for unknown reason ? I was discharged without being billed I was called the next day to complete the transaction . I felt the front desk was very busy

There was a very strong smell of cat urine. This was not a reason that would keep me from returning since the vet, front desk and vet techs were great!

Your staff and doctors are AMAZING. My baby is a sweet but nervous senior and you are always so patient with him. Thank you so much!

Dr. Kuesis was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, informative, and obviously cares for animals. I was very happy with our visit, and we will continue to bring our animals to La Cumbre Animal Hospital.
