There is a long wait time even with a scheduled appointment there takes time for them to attend you. A better system for scheduled patients

As always the service was great

I was happy with most of the experience except that it took quite some time to be seen even though I had an appointment. I expect to be seen my appointment time, that is the reason for scheduling one.

Wonderful Doctor. She is very wise. But boy oh boy are the inflation prices painful

The wait time was a little longer than usual but that being said the saff was 100% spot on as always. Very friendly folks and they treat you like they know you forever and in my case it s nearly 20 yrs.

It is a difficult car ride for us to come to Lefferts and there are vets closer to us, but we are so happy we came back here and saw Dr.Mattal,who has been taking care of our Spunky since he was a puppy 10 years ago. He always gets the best care and we leave knowing it was worth the trip!

Thank you. I would try and fix the wait times. We set appointments and then sit there for an 1hr before we are seen. I understand that some appts or emergencies may take precedent, but letting the client know why there is a delay may be helpful in having them feel you are sympathetic.

This was not a planned visit, however, Lil Joe became ill early in the a.m. We were able to get a morning appt. with Dr. Mistry, one of Joes favorite doctors.
