Every time i go I have great experience. Dr. Birchler and Dr. Zalewski are helpful and knowledgeable when servicing my kitties. On my last visit many urgent cases were ongoing a little more care keeping the lobby while we wait our turn.

Hello, I was here yesterday with an emergency visit for Max. I would call, but I think I might explode over the phone. And I don t want to right now. He was given a shot and medication and sent home. However, a couple of hours later, his butt started leaking blood everywhere. At this point, the office was already closed because it’s the first place I called. It was missed that he had an anal abscess. I am not a vet and I am sure these are things vet should assess for based on their condition. Well, he wasn t. After taking his temperature yesterday at the office, that might have ruptured it. I had to take him to the emergency hospital, he had a new diagnosis and new medication. I want a refund for that visit. It is more than likely that the temperature check caused this to progress the way it did. I can very well return the meds I was sent home with from you guys as it has no value now. See attached. He is in so much pain. Do better. Be gentler. They can’t speak.

Waited over an hour to be seen, the visit was short, the doctor apologized for the wait, but still an inconvenience when I had other things planned after this appointment.

I have been coming here for over 30 years with multiple pets. The main waiting room is way to small to have MANY people and their pets!! The newer section for cats should be used on a daily basis.it is much too stressful and cramped in the main entry.

I would suggest for appointments to be more punctual rather than overbooking. The waiting area is small and gets overcrowded very easily.
