Waiting room to small. Over booking like time and time again everybody has the same time when I’m there come at 11:20 you have 1122 five other people too ha ha ha ha parking is horrible as well. You should move a facility to a bigger storefront and surely have enough money to do so with the prices and a clientele you pull in the doctors though are very nice and I’m pleased with them.

I love this pet hospital. They have always made my dog, Toby better??. And this month they were very patient because he feels anxiety every time. They took him to another room to do some tests. Then went over home instructions. So professional. And the person at the front who makes sure you get everything in your bag. Lisanne P.

I liked my last visit, but I do not think I should have been charged an office visit fee, since I was there less than a week prior for an issue that should have been resolved or treated properly by the first veterinarian.

Before getting seen in the office while I sat there watching other Pet Parents come in and leave I just felt comfortable the staff very pleasant and the doctors very nurturing I absolutely loved it and Fendi has a home I thank everyone at Lefferts for their caring support.

Dr Mital is amazing. She is caring, explains throughly why she recommends the treatments. She is considerate, listens to my concerns and most gentle and loving towards all my dogs she treated.

We have a choice of veterinarians closer to where our cat Audley is currently residing in the Bronx, but nothing beats Dr. Mittal or Dr. Acevedo. As long as they are at Lefferts, Audley will continue making the trek into Queens to see his beloved doctors. They are just the BEST. Audley feels so loved by Dr. Mittal and we wouldn t feel right taking him anywhere else. We trust Dr. Mittal 100%. Also, staff and technicians are very attentive, helpful and always courteous.
