The staff and doctors are very nice helpful and friendly

After the visit I sat in the waiting area for 30 mins. I watched the desk assistant walk back and forth from the desk to the back of the office. I waited for her to call my pet name … another patient who had an appt after me went to ask about closing out her bill. The asst closed her bill out I in turn had to ask about closing out my bill. She reaches over for the paper work and says o yes let’s do that now. If I didn’t ask how long would I have to wait. This is not good since I’m paying for unnecessary parking meter time.

Doctor and vet assistants were great. Gave great advice and answered all my questions, even try to save me money. Every time I go there, everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr. Payal is polite and knowledgeable. All workers are friendly.

Doctor Mittel is the BEST. I brought Bubba in on an emergency basis as he had ingested some raisins. She took care of him immediately and put my mind at ease.

Dr. Mistry is outstanding. We have complete trust in her diagnosis and opinions. She is caring, approachable, and well-versed in her craft. The Vet assistant we saw was lovely and very good at her job.

the staff including the Doctor and the ancillary staff were excellent.

The only suggestion I’ll make is that the waiting area is small and can become very cramped with fur babies and their parents waiting. This last visit my two dogs were very cramped and there was not allot of room and with allot of other dogs it becomes hard to keep them calm.

The vet techs did a great job caring for our dog during our recent visit. They were sensitive to her special needs. The staff at Lefferts is always compassionate.

I found the staff to be friendly, caring and respectful of our pets. There knowledge and confidence are comforting, especially when waiting for test results.

5 Stars all the way! I just wished that the main facility had a larger waiting area.
