I felt the doctor was more concerned on being a salesperson trying to sell and get me to invest in products then she was concerned of my dogs health/well-being issues of managing her arthritis pain and eating

I did not feel my dog had a full examination

Received 2 calls today in ref to the blood test results. I would suggest to leave a name with a # to be able to get back at you. On purpose I left 2 #, no one tried to leave a message on either number !!! Please give people a change to go and pick up the phone. This is certainly mot professional they way your place operates. Pepole waiting for an answer.as My appoinment was on Wednesday, today is Saturday, That is not acceptable. Someone pls have the courtesy to get in contact with me.

My only concern is that each visit has become increasingly expensive. I have a cat with asthma, so check-ups can quickly add up—especially when medication is involved. I remember that there used to be a small discount on check-ups for regular clients, which really helped. I understand that prices have gone up for everything, but as a pet owner of 3 cats plus managing 1 cats with chronic condition, it can be challenging. I really appreciate how flexible and accommodating the clinic is with appointments—it s been a huge help. However, I do wish there were more upfront explanations about potential costs before decisions are made. Sometimes I come in expecting just a general check-up, and I leave having paid significantly more due to added medications, flea and tick preventatives, dental products, or special food—often based on what my pet needs in the moment. Having to care for 3 cats adds up fast. That said, the staff and service are always kind, helpful, and professional, and I do value that a lot.

Always a pleasure and worth the distance I have to travel to use this facility. Friendly, compassionate and competent staff. A+++

I am so grateful to have moved close to Lefferts Animal Hospital 11 years ago. I have had my two past kitties seen here for their needs and they passed on here due to old age, I couldn t have asked for a more caring staff than LAH. Sadly I will be leaving the services here only because I m relocating to Texas at the end of October. If I was only moving to the Bronx or Brooklyn, I would still be coming to LAH. Thank you to the amazing staff for always being so caring and warm. I will miss you all. So will Sierra :)

Staff are friendly and helpful, easy to schedule an appointment. Dr Richard Valdez excellent, knows how to approach an aggressive dog. He spent time to explain and answered my questions.i would recommend Dr R.Valdez and Lefferts animal hospital to my friends and others dog/cat lovers. Facilities clean. Excellent service.
