I set my appointment online and received an email about appointment being confirmed but when I arrived day of my appointment didn’t exist according to the receptionist. Luckily I was able to be squeezed in because Bortadella shot isn’t vet specific and we were seen right away. Overall wasn’t a bad experience.

I will be forever grateful for dr Mistry- what a wonderful vet for my Milka. I wanna say thank you to technician who trained me how to do subQ injection for my baby- amazing girl. Alway very friendly atmosphere, very pleasant receptionist. ( I am sorry I don’t remember names) Love Milka ????

Best Vet Hospital ever love how they take care of my Fredo

Talked about my pet not needing a shot during her last visit with the nurse that came in first. She said ok and then her and the vet proceeded to give the shot I said my dog didn’t need to her. Wish they had listened better when I told them about it at the beginning of the appointment.

It s normally an all-around good experience. The front desk is very busy but remain as attentive and diligent as possible. The vet techs are professional and outstanding with the handling of your animals. I have never felt wary of any of the vet techs at Lefferts. My favorite doctors are Dr. Mittal and Dr. Acevedo. I wholeheartedly trust them with whatever treatments they recommend for my pets. It is b/c of them that I maintain my loyalty to Lefferts. Should they ever leave the facility, I may consider switching to another clinic. They are an asset to Lefferts Animal Hospital which is relatively close to me.

Dr. Birchler is the best! He explains everything including all options possible to help Wex, a senior. He is not an alarmist, is extremely knowledgeable,compassionate,kind and personable. Dr. Birchler has been my dog’s vet for a long time now. We are extremely pleased with the Dr. Birchler’s care for both our dogs. Also, the staff at Lefferts is very helpful and caring. Lefferts Hospital has been taking care of our various pets for well over 20 years. Thank you!!!

I prefer to spend my money at a veterinarian s office where they truly care about my pet and me, rather than being dismissive. I suggest offering more evening appointments to accommodate busy schedules and emergencies.

My cat had what I thought was possibly a serious problem and I was relieved to be able to get a same day appointment. I thought all of the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The vet was extremely knowledgable and cleared up my concerns completely. I am very grateful for Lefferts Animal Hospital s high standard of care and concern.

Doctor and staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Very pleased with their services .

I’ve been coming here for about 20 years with my pets. I appreciate the staff and the doctors, but I still have no clue who all the doctors are that work here. It’d be nice to know who all of the doctors are, maybe like a wall with brief bios and a photo. When an assistant asks me which doctor I’d like to see, I forget who’s who. I’ve seen so many different doctors and at this point I prefer a little more consistency.
