I love Leffert s Animal Hospital! The service is excellent and I like that I can get an ultrasound and other services in one place if needed. I also got a call back the same day with blood work results.

Excellent bedside manners exhibited by the entire staff. For me, it’s about the level of genuine care and comfort the staff exudes at all touch points of the process. A recent follow up call to me on an early Friday evening by Dr. Mittal spoke volumes. Thank you.

Unlike most other veterinarians and animal clinics, Lefferts Animal Clinic keeps their prices as reasonable as possible. Im happy with the service except for the receptionist that answers the call.Every single call i made for the last few years were always put on hold and it takes a while for the call to be answered.

The staff at Lefferts is always excellent. Our favorite doctor is Dr. Mittal! She so kind and caring. We always wait to see her, when possible.

The receptionist girl, I think is the youngest in there. She was very rude with me she didn’t want me to stay even when I said that I had an emergency. She repeated several times in front of the other client that I need to call before being there. And I really had an emergency my dog has cancer

What I didnt like, not in the same room when lblood work was done.? No evidencevof eork done not even a bandaid? Results inconclusive!! When you pay $430. You want results not excuses!! Not happy!! Mr & Mrs.On

I m always satisfied when I come to the office and allow for the doctor to attend to my family member or some people refer to them as pets. The only dislike I have is there should be a sign in the waiting room that no pets allowed to sit in the chairs. I purposely came in my uniform so that I would not be late going to work after my appointment. Well when I got to work I had dog hair all over my back side and up and down the back of my pants leg. I understand it is a veterinarian hospital or facility but there s no reason for dogs or cats to be sitting in the chairs. Otherwise this place is absolutely awesome and I m glad I found them. The receptionist Kathy as well as the other staff members which help her out in the front a professional personable and totally awesome.

I had to bring my dog as an emergency and they made it so easy to be seen and help him. I m very thankful for their courtesy and professionalism!

Since our pets are like family to us it would be nice if we could have a designated Vet every time we hace a visit to the clinic.

It never fails that when I get a low end and high end bill it comes out to be the high end. Maybe once I will be surprised but it s not looking good. 55 years I have been taking my animals there. Surprise me once!

Dr. Mittal has been my vet for more than five years. She cared for my dog, Sammi, before she passed away, and now Kali. She s a wonderful, caring doctor.
