Don’t like making an appointment for shot’s only then hit with a $35 examination charge I was never informed about. I should have initially been told upfront and given the option to decline any examination when the appointment was made.

I requested an appt for shots not a physical, i did not have much money and had to pay $130more for someones mistake when i specifically requested appts for shots only. Its not the first time they do that. I know everyone is financially struggling but come on now, i was left with $2 for the rest of the week, i am unemployed at the moment so I am in a worst financial situation.

We had an appointment for 6:40pm and arrived at 6:20. After and hour of signing in and asking if I was in the correct office they called my wife saying we missed our appointment. It was clear i was overlooked and waited over an hour due to the staffs mistake. People who came after me where even seen before me. Very disappointed.

Very nice experience at the Vet office. Appointment was on time. which is a plus. Receptionist was friendly and informative. Dr. Halpern and staff were excellent. I will reccomend Lefferts Animal Hospital to everyone I Know.. 5 stars.

I have been a long the patient with Lefferts Animal Hospital and would not think of going anywhere else for my cat’s medical needs. My daughter now uses Lefferts Animal Hospital for her own dogs. The doctors and staff have always been wonderful!

as a 71 year old senor living off my S.S I should have been given the 10 % discount the first two times I brought my puppies in Brianna was kind enough to explain and give it to me this visit . My family and I have been clients of your office for over 30 years and never asked for anything other then what we pay for to care for our furbabies . I would expect you would treat and give us the courtesy of you offer to senors . to that end the Dr was wonderful attentive and caring . hope to see her again in three weeks when I bring the puppies in for their last puppy shots ... And thank you very much Brianna for caring and making it easy for me to bring them in at a convenient time for me. You re an asset to them it s a pleasure speaking with you .

Wonderful the way I was able to get an appointment for my pup! Upon arriving we did not wait long and the Vet and assistant were so gentle with Sheldon and they answered all my questions and got Sheldon on the path to recovery right away! He s feeling better already! Thank you Lefferts Animal Hospital!

When people comes in with the big dogs they should have them in a separate room because people have little bumps on cats that should be respected other than that everything was ok
