It’s always a pleasure taking gems to this hospital . Dr Steven and his staff are most efficient and courteous . Gems is a very high strung girl and they were so patient with her .

Please communicate when something a owner asked for isn’t done after they are taken to the back. For example I requested my dogs nails be clipped when taken in the back. I was given my dog back and noticed they had not been clipped. When I asked I was then told he wouldn’t cooperate. I understand he can be difficult but I should of learned of that when he was handed back to me not from me noticing it was not done and asking about it.

Very satisfied with the devices and customer service.

I know things happen but we waited an hour to be seen. If I came an hour late my appointment would be canceled and I would have to pay a fee. But when you’re delayed we just sit there or go outside due to lack of space. At the very least call us and tell us you’re delayed and we have extra time on our hands. Or give us some sort of credit for the long waits. Nobody wants to be confined with dogs barking at each other for an hour +.

Dr. Halpern is great, I have been going for him for many years. I trust his opinion and he gives quality care to all my four legged and feathered pets.

The waiting room is very small and gets overcrowded quickly. I understand people’s pets are part of their family but I often see 2+ people coming in per pet and taking up the limited amount of seats in the waiting room and then other pet owners have to stand holding or carrying their pet while they wait to be seen. This has happened to me on several occasions and the practice should limit the amount of people in the waiting room per pet to allow everyone to wait comfortably.

The Vet was great. He was patient, personable and he explained everything to us. He was very helpful.

Love this place, everyone is so nice and attentive. Dr. Mittal is awesome, kind and compassionate. The prices are reasonable and they do not try to squeeze money out of you, which I really appreciate.

The women at the front desk was rude. I also felt pressured into getting certain shots for my vet when I specifically said I didn’t want them
