it was not possible to click on the stars in the survey. I would say excellent for an overall rating. Dr.Jang and the Technician: Justine; were wonderful.. I brought in two cats with congestion and vomiting issues. Now to get the medication into and onto Zipper!!! He is a tough little guy.

For some reason, I can t chose the stars above. I am very happy over all. I like Dr. Mittal. The only thing is that I wish you have a cat day or cat hour. In a small waiting area, there were so many dogs and owners and I was the only cat owner. My cat apparently got stressed out. Would you consider such option? Or you have a next door as an extra clinic space. Maybe you can disignate it to be for cats only?

Weekend hours would be a Godsend. Please consider it. :)

I was told I could pick up my dog, I said I d arrive at 5:30, I did not get him until almost 6:30. A full hour waiting to bring my dog home. Also earlier when I brought him in, the doctor who did his dental was supposed to do the check-up on him, another doctor came in and almost gave us the ok to go home, I m glad the scheduled doctor came in, because we found out my dog had some other issues (CANCER) that had to be dealt with. So while your questions above I gave 5 stars to. The comments in this box are for questions not asked. Over all experience for this day was a 3. 5 stars to Dr. mystery, 2 starts for Pick up situation and the rogue doctor that almost sent us home.

Appointment was at 11am got seen at 12pm instead, however was satisfied with my doctor.

Years ago you went to the vet to save your pet. Now, I may no longer be able to afford to take my dogs to the vet, which means the cost of medicine and veterinary care is prohibitive so if I can not afford the vet, my pet will die from communicable disease. I live on Social Security $1350 per month. I took four purebred dogs to Lefferts Animal for their shots and it was $600 for 27 minutes which is $22.22 per minutes. I may not be able to return.

In the last 20 years, I have had 6 dogs. Four are no longer with me for natural reasons, One of them is two years old, and the other is 10. This hospital has saved my dogs lives on more then one occasion. You guys are FANTASTIC!!! THANK YOU!!!

Post op information was given over the phone very fast. When i picked up my dog i was not told anything nor was given the complete paper work and i had to return the following day. Front desk staff does not give clear information or instructions.
