I understand that payment is due upfront , but it would extremely helpful if payment plans were available. Especially if the pet has to be seen multiple times in a week to get a diagnosis. It is stressful enough to have a sick pet , and to worry about having to pay up front costs for care . Is there not an office manager to make a decision like that ? I had to wait longer so that the girl at the front desk could ask a doctor who was with a patient if I could have a payment plan . Waited than to be told they could take one of the tests off , I assumed they were taking the price off not just saying oh you can’t pay for it so ok we won’t do that test , no the test just all of a sudden wasn’t needed . There was no compassion at all .

The facility is old and coulduse a refre especially the flooring in the hallway, it needs to be repaired

Everyone from reception staff, nurses and doctor were amazing, compassionate kind. They listened and explained the process very well. It is never easy to decide when to let your pet go but the kindness displayed by all was just what I needed at such a difficult time. I highly will recommend Lefferts animal hospital to all.

Was very crowded the day I came for my 4;20 appt. I still love this Vet office because they REALLY care about Toby and are prepared to deal with his anxiety. Also the medicine he had before coming really had him calm. Thank You all drs and rest of staff for having excellent treatment and compassion for my dog Toby??

the nurses can be a little curt. the doctors are always great. if the nurses can keep in mind some people are really attached to their animals and need a little more tending then all would be 100%
