Waiting room is extremely small for all the customers and pets. Prefer when both offices are open, especially for cats only.

The wait to be seen is too long even with an appointment. Whenever you call, You get placed on hold and they forget about you. To print the bill is another 15 minute wait. The Vet and vet tech were amazing. Just the wait times are too long.

I shouldn’t be charged with a fee for missing an appointment.

Great hospital

Dr. Halpern, Dr s and staff are above and beyond. Surprisingly, since COVID, my appointments have been on time. The office is very good with following up on blood test results etc. I have been bringing my pets here for over 30 years. They provide excellent service.

The staff was super duper on point with the computer system being down.

The dr didn’t really seem like he was listening to me. He “miscalculated” my dogs age when I told him multiple times, almost as if he didn’t believe me.

Always a pleasure when I bring my cat in for his yearly exam. Always treated with kindness and care. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Lefferts Animal Hospital is the absolute best! My pets have been under the care of the wonderful veterinarians and office in technical staff for more than 10 years. I recommend everyone to bring their pets here because of the kind, dedicated and quality care they will receive.
