I wish you had several days where the office opened early so people could come before work. I haven’t been there since the beginning of the year and was glad to see I was not waiting 1 to 1 1/2 after my appointments to be seen.

The doctors all seem super knowledgeable and are willing to listen and help with any concerns. If i could give any feedback it would be to keep the facility upkept. The ceiling had water damage and walls are dented.

Made an appt via website only to be told I don’t have one according to front desk. Woman said it must have went through on my side and not yours. She was ready to send me off because there were no appts available. I asked to see a manager. Dr. Halpern said there must be a glitch in the system and we were finally see after 2.5 hours. Front desk is overwhelmed and there are too many people walking all around.

I was put on hold for 20 minutes before the woman got back to me. Not good since parking in that area is not good to begin with. When I m told to wait a minute or two that s fine but 20 minutes is unacceptable. I understand your busy inside. Perhaps, you need more help to assist the people waiting to come inside.

Professional and responsive at every level. Prompt follow-up call from his Vet. Everyone showed concern for Fred s health.

I can’t say enough about this place. From the staffs to the doctors, everyone is genuinely nice and caring. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is top notch. I highly recommend them all the times to my neighbors, friends, and family members or any pet parent who wants the best for their babies.

Spent almost $1500 on this injury

You have a lot of availability to accommodate my schedule. Quick visit staff friendly and knowledgeable. In 2018 I went somewhere that is 5 minutes from my house. Their appointments are 2-3 weeks out and they are not open on the weekends. I will not be going there anymore the 1:2 drive to your facility is worth the drive.

The office staff is friendly, efficient, and gently cares for our Bella. Dr. Halpern is patient, caring, and answers all our questions. He gives us peace of mind as we deal with Bella s issues. We are thankful for his expertise and pet-side manner.

I tried to click above, but it didn t work. So I write instead. Doctor and vet tech were very kind and both spent time with me and listened to me. I am happy to come back to you after I tried out a new vet clinic which opened near me in 2019. Before at the Lefferts, I felt the waiting room was too small and too many people, but this time, there were less people (I assume due to pandemic?) and more breathing room. I am very pleased with my visit. Thank you.
