While I respect all the dr’s and staff at Lefferts, I think Dr. Mistry is amazing. Pepper was suffering with welts and constantly scratching because of allergies, and Dr. Mistry took the time to diagnose and talk about possible approaches. Pepper is now doing great!

I had my Black baby cat Zipper cared for & neutered. The young man who admitted him was so kind and listened to my yakety yakking politely and even agreed that Zipper is cute. The Doctor was thorough in explaining everything and in Zipper s exam. Even though he had an undescended testicle he is recovering very well. Thank you all. The receptionists were also delightful.

The website is very nice. I love the online scheduling and portal. It would be even better if users could modify or cancel appointments.

The staff and doctors are always cordial and personally involved. They listen and explain and are kind to the animals. even during the stress of Covid, they never short-changed our animals on their care.

Everything was great and you guys are super friendly but I think the communication between staff could be better. The doctor wasn’t really briefed on the treatment I wanted for my dog before he got in the room and when I was given a call back about my dog s blood test I wasn’t advised as to if my dog could handle a specific medicine which was the whole point of the test, I had to call back and ask. But overall I think you guys are great.

LOWER YOUR PRICES. IT IS GETTING IMPOSSIBLE TO STAY WITH YOUR SERVICES AS OPPOSED TO A PETCO TYPE PLACE AND OTHER COMMUNITY VETS FOR IMMUNIZATIONS AND NAIL CLIPPINGS.

Though I live out of state, I often choose to bring my pet to Lefferts Animal Hospital because their service is great, the staff is very friendly and they always do their best to accommodate people s schedule when making appointments. My pet recently had his neutering surgery here, and everything went great for him, and the price was very reasonable.
