The dr was nice however he didn’t spend time asking if I had any questions or going through side effects. No complaints about the visit but would have appreciated more communication

The Doctors and Assistants were wonderful. The staff was terrific.

Only that I put in a call to talk to the DR again this afternoon after getting a serious diagnosis this morning for my dog and my call has not been returned.

The receptionist was a bit confused about the billing maybe go over the procedure with her because I almost overpaid. Otherwise great visit.

The doctor was patient and helpful. The receptionist was great and helpful as well. The office makes you feel welcome and they followed all rules regarding the pandemic. Awesome place to take your pet.

We moved out to Nassau county and we still make the trip because the vets and staff are amazing and so helpful !

When I entered, the woman who I first saw at the door said Did they call your name? The answer of course, was no- I still needed to check in, I was just arriving, just entering the door. I explained that I needed to check in. She asked, Did you call? I answered, I have an appointment. She repeated, Did you call? As if it was a given? It was very confusing. I would not at all expect to call the office right before my appointment, I would obviously expect to enter and sign in at the desk. However, she acted like I was totally doing something wrong to walk in and check in for my appointment. It was very offputting and weird.

My cat has anxiety and was panting as soon as we got to the front door. I appreciated that Jennifer mentioned it to the staff inside and had us put into a room in the ac immediately. This made me feel that they appreciate my boy as much as I do

I had an emergency with my cat, discovered a mysterious wound on his armpit, and Lefferts Animal Hospital and their friendly staff saw me that same day under the circumstances. And it was easy to make a follow up appointment after that. Guidelines they have in place for Covid are fair. Thanks!

I felt a bit rushed when I mentioned my dog might have had fleas from the last appointment. The doctor shrugged it off and said he probably doesn’t have it. Yet the previous doctor from the week prior said to mention if his biting and itching got excessive. It wasn’t until the assistant brushed him and saw a flea that the doctor treated him for his fleas. I just didn’t appreciate that because then I would’ve went home and had my place and others homes / dogs invested as well if he wasn’t properly treated.
