I have no idea what the facility is like, because we aren’t allowed in due to covid. But i have no complaints! The staff and doctors seem lovely and attentive, it’s fairly easy to get an appointment and the prices are moderate. Thumbs up all around!

There examination fees keep raising which discouraged a future return

During these covid time I really appreciate the step this office has taken to ensure the safety of our pets and owners. I really like the check in process, it is easy and there is minimal contact. The doctors are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Will never go anywhere else for my pet’s needs.

I love Lefferts Animal Hospital, they have the kindest staff who truly care about your pet.

It s very inconvenient to have to hold everytime you call. Sometimes, The receptionist forgets that you re on hold and you have to call again . The service with the vet and assistants is very good but the wait is too long on the phone especially if you re just calling to inform them that you re here for your appointment or calling for your pet s blood work results.

Waited 40 minutes to been seen after appointment time

Dr.mertol is the always compassionate and caring explains everything in detail. I trust her with my pet Romeo we ve been going to Lefferts for about 4 years now or more I am very happy and and definitely would recommend a friend or a family member as well

With regard to prices not listed on the site such as dental services, i d like to see more transparency even if only in the form of an estimate so I can be prepared for future appointments. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Everyone is great.

Too long a wait, my dog was so exhausted. And it’s super cold for us to be waiting outside. Hopefully you guys can speed up the service but other than that excellent staff.
