Unfortunately it is difficult to give a true opinion on the office facility because we are not allowed in with our pets...hopefully soon. My stars are based on pre-COVID. I have only one minor complaint and that is why do you get put on hold every time you call? Love this vet overall.

Our Cat received excellent care for her multiple extractions. She was a rescue and had infected teeth and gingivitis. She came home as if she hadn t just had a long surgery and has had no issues and is feeling so much better with this being taken care of. The Vet spent alot of time explaining every aspect of the surgery. Thank you for your excellent care.

The staff is always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable anytime I visit. This visit I was nervous because I couldn’t enter with my pet but shortly after speaking with the staff I remember how trustworthy and kind they have always been & I was immediately calmed from my concerns. Each staff gave me all the information I asked and more and by the end of the visit I felt I was given the best service possible. The staff at Lefferts Animal Hospital are amazing and I thank them in times like these the service has not wavered!

Dr. Mistry is the best and she wants the best for me and my cat. Thank you so I greatly appreciated it

My only complaint is feeling disconnected during my pet s visit due to the covid restrictions. I feel I do not get the chance to adequately discuss my pet s health over the phone. I hope things change as soon as humanly possible.

DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE WAITING TO BE ADMITTED AN HOUR AFTER THEIR CHECK IN TIME. NOT EVERYONE HAS THE LUXURY TO WAIT OR TRAVEL IN A CAR.

I m grateful Lefferts is open during the pandemic. We re in and out for appointments faster than in pre-COVID days. Thank you.

Getting Baretta s nails cut is so easy and quick I wish the rest of my life was this easy.

Dr. Mital took care of Boobie, she is our favorite Veterinarian. Dr. Mital spoke with me in length before she saw Boobie and let me explain all her symptoms and then again while she was with Boobie Dr. Mital spoke with me and then she followed up the next day to make sure Boobie was doing well. We had a very bad experience back when Simba was spayed earlier this year and if it were not for Dr. Mitals kind and dedicated support for the other times I have had to bring in any of my 12 dogs I would not have continued as a client. I truly only trust Dr. Mital and Dr. Halpern to see my pets. I do understand how hard you all are working to treat our beloved fur babies during this terrible time with Covid and we cannot thank you all enough for continuing to treat our babies. I Appreciate the office taking such serious Covid precautions. And we waited outside in the cold for three hours while my pet was seen, and it was just a lot. If there’s anyway to put heaters outside or an awning or some thing to keep us warm while we’re waiting that Would greatly improve the experience. Also I was given ear medication and an ear wash for my pet and I was told that I would have detailed instructions for what to do. I was also told to look at the Lefferts animal Hospital webpage for instructional YouTube videos. I got none of that and had to Google everything myself to figure out how to use the wash and the medication for my pet. Please leave us with very detailed instructions and don’t assume we know how to use the medication and wash. Lastly, my pet was given a cone to avoid them scratching their ears. It was clear that Cone needed to be cleaned after only one day. That is some thing else I wish I would’ve had instructions for. For example, can I use a disinfectant wipe or should I just use a paper towel with water? Also how do I put the cone back on if it comes off? The cone was extremely difficult to reassemble and Having never done this with a pet before, I had no idea what to do. Please leave us with as many instructions as possible for anything related to our pets visit.

I understand the circumstances we re going through due to the pandemic but I was not satisfied with the fact that I wasn t able to go in with my pet for her check up. Other than that satisfied with Everything else.

Recommend informing customers that they will not be allowed inside due to COVID when scheduling the appointment. Also that you will have to wait outside for 1-2 hours depending on how busy it is. Especially with the weather getting colder. Thx

Wasn t able to enter the office due to the COVID 19 Pandemic and the need for Social Distancing. However, the outside was clean and tidy.

staff is always very helpful. Phones lines sometimes frustrating always very busy & long wait times

Customer service was supreme, and communication superb.
