It was difficult to hear when they called outside to talk to me about my dog. I think something was lost in that communication because when the vet got on, she did not know the situation. The doc was short and arrogant, and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my dog’s situation. I’ll be back, but I don’t want to see that vet again.

Thanks for the emergency appointment. Dr was super nice, explained everything, helped out my dog - super professional. The receptionist was super nice, accommodating and very understanding for a hectic Sunday. The person outside was super nice, got the forms for me; explained everything the receptionist said about cost and stuff - just no one came outside to collect payment from me - so I called in a card.

Due to COVID we had to wait outside and it was difficult hearing on the cellphone when the dr called so Dr. Delshad was nice enough to come outside to speak with me. ????

Please allow the clients inside if their pets are being seen. It’s difficult to hear outside with the environments sounds. (Trains, passing vehicles, bystander, etc)

Most of the vets were honest. Janey is 16 years old. The vets told e that I m doing something right. Janey is on Hills Science K/D diet for chronic renal failure.

Friendly staff. Followed social distancing protocols. They gave me an appointment for my dog on the same day I called which was nice! And that s the norm at Lefferts. Most vets won t give you an appointment on the same day. Overall, very pleased with the visit. Thanks!

It was easy to get an appointment, but the wait time was a little long. When I made the appointment, I was told I would drop my cat off but instead I had to sit on the sidewalk for 45 min before they took her in.

I wasn’t inside about the office. You have to change you filter because it’s going to be winter soon and we can’t all sit outside anymore. When I go to my medical DR I don’t sit outside.

I intended to pay by check as I did not want to pass credit card card back and forth and was unhappy that after decades as a pet owner at Lefferts Animal the staff requested ID...but instead, with giving credit card info over phone it was resolved.

While I understand the whys, I was disappointed I was unable to come in the office with my pet. Additionally, I specifically made an appointment with Dr. Mittal but instead Dr. Delshad saw him. Thankfully my pet was fine with her. I made the appointment specifically with Dr. Mittal because he is familiar with him and he with her especially since I was not allowed to come in with him. I was pleased but disappointed at the same time as my wishes seemed to have gone unheard.
