I always receive exceptional service from everyone at Lefferts Animal Hospital

I thank the providers and staff for the care they have taken throughout this pandemic. I was so worried about taking my Eddie for blood work but everything went smoothly. Keep up with the excellent work the staff provides and be safe.

Our dogs main vet, is always welcoming and very knowledgeable. We enjoy coming to this vet because of him. He knew our pup from since he was 3 months old. But on my last visit the vet help was a spanish girl with glasses didnt quite get her name, she was very rude, Due to covid we waited in our car and she was waiting by the door to hand over our dog and said come and rolled her eyes when she saw me getting out the car. She spoke like she didnt care about the information she was telling us and her attitude just made us not want to ask questions.

I have to take a cab to get there and having to wait outside for 40 minutes was a lot of money. It was too hot to stand outside and since we had no idea how long it would be we had no choice but to stay in the cab. It only took 5 minutes to get his shot but thye wait was a bit much.If we were inside in AC it would have been fine so maybe try to schedule appointments better or have one person just to do shots since they are so quick.

Everything is good except the waiting time is a little longer than expected!!

The check out process is terrible. I have waited 20 - 30 minutes after getting my pet back just to pay the bill. Everything else is great.

Covid 19 has changed the vet experience for us all. I use to look forward coming to the vet. Waiting on the sidewalk was hard. I couldn t be inside with my Mimi for comfort & support but thank you Lefferts Animal Hospital for your care, professionalism and hard working efforts. Thank you so much for your dedication. NOW WE ARE STILL DOING SOCIAL ISOLATION I HAVE NO CHANCE TO BE INSIDE! BUT THE HOSPITAL HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY CLEAN EVEN BEFORE THE PANDEMIC AND THE STAFFS ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY!

I know we all go through hard times and am sure is a lot ask for lower fees but that would be the world to many of us already struggling with rent and bills , just a thought.

I was not allowed in the facility. It made me uneasy to be separated from my dog. Dr. Halpern did put me at ease.
