I love this vet they always take the best care food my dogs health. And always answers any questions you may have. Compare to most vet clinics I feel like they also have reasonable prices.

Thank you so much- The whole process was so smooth given the new COVID protocol- I felt like I received the same great service that I would have if I had been inside the room with my cat. I am always impressed and grateful for the excellent customer service that I receive at Lefferts.

I went to my appointment and forgot that my credit card. Thank to the manager for allowing me to get seen and getting the medication for my dog allowing me a couple of days to pay . Thank you !!

I don’t know what will happen during inclement weather. Sitting outside for people without a car is not feasible. I hope by then things will be better and this issue resolved.

I think perhaps more time needs to be allocated to each appointment to avoid such a huge backlog. On both of my last two visits it was nearly an hour after my appointment time that my pet was finally seen by the provider.

Many of the questions do not apply, Because of the covid 19 it was very different and impersonal. I would still recommend lefferts animal hospital to anyone.

The staff at Lefferts Animal Hospital were courteous and professional & had safety protocols in place due to the pandemic.

l love lefferts animal hopsital and the doctors and staff! I have been a long time patient with several of my aniamls and I would not go any where else. The doctors and staff are doing a fantastic job to see the animals at this difficult time and to try to keep all safe during the pandemic. I would like though,to see more pet parents waiting in their cars until it is there turn for their animals to be seen as opposed to many being outside infront of the two offices. I would like to also see all pet parents wearing masks of face coverings.

I’ve been going to Dr. Halpern for many years. He and his staff are amazing which is why I continue to be a client at his office.

Thankful for Dr. Chandenney. She’s very knowledgeable and informative about the care for my little guy Buddha. The staff is caring and thorough!! Thank you all!!!
