The virus made things unpleasant I wanted my dogs nails trimmed but it seems that didn’t happen. I very much like this office but I won’t come back until the Covid 19 restriction is over, unless it’s an emergency.

It will be better when we are allowed to be inside with our pet during visits. I have no complaints with how my pet was received and taken care of

We weren’t able to come in to the facility but every other time we visited it was clean.

We moved to Pennsylvania in December of 2019 but when my sweet little boy Lucky needed to be neutered I immediately knew exactly what I had to do and driving back to NYC was definitely worth the trip because our love for your staff and our extreme love for Dr. C was without a doubt definitely worth it...Dr. C love and attention she has given my pet s made me so Happy and comfortable and incredibly spoiled each and every one of us in my family that we can t find it in our hearts to LOVE AND TRUST another vet the way we love and trust her... She s absolutely AMAZING and her love for animals is unconditional ??? we love and adore you Dr. C and thanks a million for the quick service with Lucky, you made our trip home so much better ??

Our cat received excellent care. The vet spent And addressing all of our concerns and our cat symptoms. He explained everything to us and put us at ease. She was given all necessary tests and everything is good now

I know this is a difficult time for all parties to conduct business. I appreciate the efforts of all staff to move your clients through. Dr. Chen was super responsive to our concerns and truly listened to what our questions were and responded carefully and thoroughly. I thank him for his attention.

i went there all they did was tell me to make an appoilntment for an xray they gave me medicine but told me to come back for an xray i told them to do it now he said next week when i come back at least i got medicine for my visit but they should of did xray and they didnt so i have to pay again ? and take off from work

I think it s time I found a new vet

While I am sure that my cats received great care, I d rather be in the examination room with them during my visit to alleviate the added stress that I am sure they gad experienced.

We were lucky, we could sit outside up the block. It was a nice day weather wise! I’ve always been happy with the doctors and staff; I know my boys are in good hands whenever we visit

There should be a better process for payment of visit at the end of visit during the pandemic. Perhaps paying on line through the portal system.

Lefferts animal hospital has been very kind to me and my pets in their time of need and in death. They have always been very compassionate and helpful and knowledgeable.
