LAH was more organized then many medical offices. Their system in place worked flawlessly and seamlessly.

I understand that precautions need to be taken but I feel when our pets are being treated we should be there to speak to doctor in person. Of course the use of masks would be mandatory to keep doctors and staff safe. Sometimes when you talk over the phone you don t think of the right questions to ask but when you are with your pet questions are easier to think of and answers are better understood. I trust Lefferts Animal Hospital with my pet I have been going there for over 20 years. They have cared for my pets and helped us arrange everything when my first pet had to be put to sleep. They were very caring.

I appreciate Lefferts Animal Hospital reopening for wellness visits, which allowed my dog to get her vaccinations. The vet tech and vet were attentive, and answered questions by phone. I think, all in all, the appointment was faster than a typical wellness visit. One small frustration was that the Bravecto preventative we wanted to buy was in low supply. I paid for 3 and received only 2. I was told I need to return later for the other pill. All is all very happy with Lefferts.

It’s so hard having to drop off your pet and wait for a call to see what’s wrong with them. I appreciate everything you are doing to make appointments as safe as possible.

The only issue was, that the person in charge of my bill and dogs medicine was distracted and took to long to game me the medicine and my credit card back . I understand the situation but they need to be more thoughtful and attentive ??????

I didn t really talk to anyone about the cost because I saw the receipt after the doctor spoke to me but I thought $307 was QUITE a shocking price for a checkup to see if she had a URI and 15ml of Clavamox! I love you all but that was...painful :(

Expensive visit, not all charges were explained however I would never go elsewhere as it is conveniently located close to home and was easy to get an appointment. Outcome of various testing was not explained.

During this covid time, they were timely with the appointment. Dr. Mittel spent as much time as we needed on the phone...it was greatly appreciated.

Lack of communication between the Doctor , receptionist and greeter oh and unfortunately me. I know these are hard times. Let s try to alleviate all the anxiety on all our parts. Not a complaint, just an observation. Len Philipp

Overall very satisfied with my dogs appointment. Dr Birchler spoke with me beforehand, went over and explained the dental work process putting me at ease. he called me during the appointment to go over any findings and spoke to me afterwards as well to explain all work that was done. Very happy that LAH was able to accomdate my pet being seen during COVID. Thank you very much.

During this pandemic, these doctors are still working hard to care for pets, with the best practices regarding health and safety. Their concern for animals has not wavered and they are still there, working on the animals into the night. Trying to make it safe for pet owners, pets and staff alike. Love them.

Hi, lots of the questions don’t apply since I wasn’t able to go inside, what I really shocked is the fact that you are charging more to see a patient, and excusing it by calling an emergency visit due to the covid-19. You are the only place doing this, I called a few clinics around and yes they are only taking emergencies cases but their fees hasn’t going up, I think on these times were people are unemployed and trying to keep up with their responsibilities, we should be able to be more compassionate and I’m not asking for free visit, only that I would like to pay the same and not extra. It left me with a very savory feeling of being taken advantage of the situation.
