I thought the entire staff was attentive, courteous and considerate of my feelings as a pet owner, and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I’d unhesitatingly recommend the practice to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

The only suggestion is to be seen for the appointment time that was scheduled. If my pet has an 11 AM appointment and is being seen at 11:30 AM and when someone after me comes in they are called.

I understand that payment is due upfront , but it would extremely helpful if payment plans were available. Especially if the pet has to be seen multiple times in a week to get a diagnosis. It is stressful enough to have a sick pet , and to worry about having to pay up front costs for care . Is there not an office manager to make a decision like that ? I had to wait longer so that the girl at the front desk could ask a doctor who was with a patient if I could have a payment plan . Waited than to be told they could take one of the tests off , I assumed they were taking the price off not just saying oh you can’t pay for it so ok we won’t do that test , no the test just all of a sudden wasn’t needed . There was no compassion at all .

The facility is old and coulduse a refre especially the flooring in the hallway, it needs to be repaired
