Every time i go I have great experience. Dr. Birchler and Dr. Zalewski are helpful and knowledgeable when servicing my kitties. On my last visit many urgent cases were ongoing a little more care keeping the lobby while we wait our turn.

Waited over an hour to be seen, the visit was short, the doctor apologized for the wait, but still an inconvenience when I had other things planned after this appointment.

I have been coming here for over 30 years with multiple pets. The main waiting room is way to small to have MANY people and their pets!! The newer section for cats should be used on a daily basis.it is much too stressful and cramped in the main entry.
