I suggest not crowding the appointments together so it’s really hurry up and wait. I had a 12pm appointment and didn’t get seen with my pets until 1:16pm. It would be more inconvenient if we had other appointments. With the billing we didn’t leave until 1:45pm. Additionally, the long wait further stresses out our pets. The doctor and staff are pleasant and professional but I suggest streamlining the appointment process.

When shots are given instructions should be given verbally, not given with the bill after payment. That isn’t showing care to the patients.

I ve been coming here for years as well as my brother. The staff is just wonderful kind and so nice that it makes it a pleasure to bring my pup in for whatever her needs may be

My concern with my pet was allergies. I thought a blood test for allergies would be a good idea but they insisted no. The dog is now on meds for the last week and shows no sign of improvement.

My cat sees Dr. Zalewski and it is always a positive experience. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns (which are usually a lot!) He is always gentle with my cat and willing to approach her various medical needs in ways that will be the most beneficial for her at her old age. The woman at reception (I didn’t get her name) on Thursday afternoon was also incredibly sweet and courteous, even while seemingly training someone. I have been coming to Lefferts for years and don’t have any complaints about my current doctor and team.

The wait to see the doctor are usually long. At least a half hour and I thought I had the 1st appointment. I am happy with my doctor. I prefer seeing the same doctor at each visit and I am able to do that.

It never disappoints me to bring my pet to you guys. Always an outstanding level of care. Thank you for always being there.

No im good with the service

I would like to thank the staff and the veterinarian that saw my dog for our visit. The information was easy to understand and he was very empathetic. I felt like he actual cared about the health of my dog and not just ordering test to bill me, which unfortunately is what I was experiencing at a different veterinary clinic.

Wish the appointment times were more accurate. Still had to wait over 30 min to get seen even though I came on time for my appointment.

I was very satisfied with the whole staff, as always. I was very pleased to meet the new vet, Dr. Dozier, and the vet tech Lawrence, who took good care of my dog.
