I very much appreciated Emily calling to ask how a few days later how my cat was doing, that made me feel really good. I would have liked Dr. Chandonnet to come out and do the discharge with me, the nurse who spoke with me was lovely, but it would have been nice if the doctor came out moreso because I was a wreck worrying if my cat was going to be okay. But the waiting room was full to capacity so I ll assume she was busy with other patients. Other than that thank you everyone for your help

As a loyal client for OVER 30 years MY only concern is that the main entrance has ALWAYS been too tiny to comfortably + safely harbor the pet owners, their family or friends plus Their pets. The NEWER area should AKWAYS be where FELINES are attended to.

The front desk needs more help especially when it’s crowded.

All my dogs and cats have been patients since about 1993 .... never disappointed

Dr. Mittal is the Best. She really cares about the patients n the families concerns.

I don’t like the guilt trips and how we’re always being told to run expensive tests for our almost 15 year old dog.

Problems finding parking

I think this animal hospital should relocate to a bigger facility. the waiting room isn t convenient for the amount of patients. Also think about re-evaluating pricing for certain procedures.

Lefferts Animal Hospital has been our preferred veterinary center for more than 15 years. All of our pets over the years (except birds) have been cared for by this dedicated and knowledgeable team, led by Dr. Halpern. We also use the boarding/kennel services. We have never been disappointed with the care and consideration our pets received there.

Waiting room is small and gets crowded very easily with animals too close for comfort. It was also too warm

I love your place but I hate going there and sitting in that mobbed waiting room (sitting when a seat s available, that is). I know you opened up the annex but no one seems to ever get to go there. Just wondering about that. Wait time is also at least 30 minutes every time. I m sure part of that is I prefer coming on weekends. I really do love your place but there are just little...frustrating things about it. :(

Staff and Dr’s always a pleasure to deal with. Very professional. Would not think of taking my baby to another vet. Accomodating, and courteous. Grateful for the care and attention given to my little one.

Great staff. The only idea I have is that if I am waiting for blood work, or MRI scanned from the Vet it would be great to receive a text that you have received the results and the vet is available to talk to me about the results and what the next steps are.

Everything was perfect

Small waiting area and not enough ventilation. Felt very moist and humid, easy for bacteria to be spread. Maybe some cool air? Overall awesome staff and amazing treatment to my love Theodore! He feels so much better now.
