There was a long wait (about 36-40) minutes but the staff was very helpful.

I’m glad I was able to find a Vet that’s listens and is just as thorough as Dr Hopke that left. Also, that was gentle with my nervous dog. I was very satisfied with my dog’s visit.

(As with most vets) a more clear explanation on what costs will be incurred with each decision would be helpful! Also - completely understand the limited space in NY, but waiting in the small waiting room with a sizeable unfriendly dog is pretty stressful, it would be ideal if there it would be possible to wait in the examination room once the appointment time starts even if the vet isn t ready yet.

I have been to few veterinary clinics near my home,then my tenants recommended Lefferts Hospital and now I feel blessed to have a veterinary hospital that i trust and I know they care for the pets and it s affordable. Everyone here is professional, friendly, caring even the front desk. God bless them for the work they do. I thank them every day for everything they do to help my Trotter with her heart problem. I recommend this place to every pet parents.Thank you again and God Bless everyone that works there.

I have been coming to your office for over 30 years and the staff is great the vets are great I’ve never had a problem with of the staff always polite always taken on time I would never even think of going anywhere else thank you all for the great service

Absolutely fantastic!

Everyone was very friendly and professional during our visit. Dr. Murray and Emily took very good care of us and our darling, new rescue, Bella. We look forward to Lefferts Animal Hospital taking care of Bella in the future.

waiting area is small, which can be a problem when there is overcrowding with pets and pet-owners... besides that everything else was satisfactory, especially the friendly staff.

Signing in and paying needs to be an easier and faster process. You should be able to pay and then wait for meds.

I have to say the vet and the staff were just super helpful, friendly and honestly made the whole ordeal less stressful. They accommodated me even though I got my dates mixed up. Sick dogs can make you loopy yourself! Thanks for dealing with me and Bentley
