Like always I was totally satisfied with the care and attention that was given to my fur baby !!! I would always recommend Lefferts animal clinic !!

The clinical services were outstanding. However, the receptionist was not welcoming at all, she didn’t great or at least said “good morning”. She just asked me what time is your scheduled appointment. I found that to be so rude! Any how that is fixable with a short customer service 1:1 or training.

The appointment was on time. The staff is professional and friendly.

Dr. Mittal is AWESOME. She explained the efficacy of Angies shots, and is always extra sensitive to my anxious dogs needs. The waiting area is still too crowded.

Lefferts doctors and staff are the best!

Would love to see a water fountain or water bottle dispenser and cups plus paper towels and wet wipes (for snow days to wipe salt off from paws) to give the pets water particularly when there s a long wait for an appointment. Pets get very anxious and nervous about visiting the vet office and normally get thirsty. I usually bring my own water dish for my pet. Other animal clinics I ve visited have this and is nice to know the water is readily available without having to wait for a tech to aasist thank you

I switched veterinary services from Central Veterinary Services (CVS) to Lefferts Animal Hospital 4 years ago and have not looked back. The former pushed services and medications that were not needed from those who could not afford it for their own financial gain, but the honesty, integrity and genuine love for our pet children by the Lefferts Team of experts is most authentic and sincerely appreciated!

Been coming to Lefferts for many years. Now its even better. The whole staff doctors and assistants are so helpful. Its like one big family. Great job!

I love the way everyone at the hospital from the reception desk all the way to doctor was so compassionate and understanding to my family s needs. I love that they all were so loving towards us and my fur baby. Thank-you from all of us here,we appreciate all that was done!

Dr. Mystry was extremely helpful and eased my anxiety when it came to my dog Benji. She took her time to explain everything in detail. Explaining everything to me and the options I have to help my dog when so helpful. Provided me with information to help me to get assistance.

Though the waiting room is a bit small, all the patience were well behaved. It took about 45 minutes to be seen. This stresses my dog a bit.

The vet experienced left me satisfied and content. The treatment of my beloved pet was wonderful. I only have one request which is this, you should try somehow to find other ways to provide better discounts for your services. I understand you have to make money, it is your livelihood, but further reasonable discounts for your business and for your clients can encouraged more people of lower incomes to adopt a pet. I can t afford vet care for my pet but my family loves our little one so they will help when they can. This is my comment and my opinion . Thank you for your attention
