A larger waiting room

Staff was very courteous and professional. The vet of course was very gentle and seeet to my puppy. She answered all my questions and give me great advice. I felt comfortable talking to her. The office setting is much better than before and the waiting time was not long at all. As soon as I arrived with my puppy, I was able to be seen right away. I would definitely recommend that office.

The doctors & staff are always very kind & caring. I have been bringing my pets to your hospital for many years & continue to be more than satisfied with the services.

The staff at Lefferts are the best. From Kathy at the front desk to Liz and Ebony and assistants whose names I don’t know (sorry), the amount of caring for animals is so heart warming. They really do care. Dr. Hopke is fantastic. Going to miss her terribly but I wish her good luck in her future endeavors. I recommend Lefferts to anyone who needs quality vet care for their pets.

We never had any issues with our appointments for the past 6 years, so far. Dr. Patel is always so kind, professional and thorough.

The wait time is usually an hour even I get there early. It would be nice to be seen on time since my dog gets restless and stressed waiting so long. Love my vet- Dr.Matal. She’s the only reason I go there.
