I think you should expand your waiting area

I must say everyone is amazing and have been there for bully since day one.. they have gone above and beyond, and are so great with my dog and they love him so much ..

As a first time pet owner and my first animal hospital experience I have to say I did not mind the long drive from Weschester to Lefferts...I thank each and every staff member for their kindness and hard work.As soon as I walked in with an appointment the receptionist saw that my puppy had crashed and took her in without hesitation and from that point on all the staff basically saved the puppys life cause she was about to have a seizure any minute..Thank you all??

the provider was very friendly and helpful with the explanations,the facilities very nice and clean..

It would be nice if the assistants who begin the visit would introduce themselves and tell what their role in the practice is.

Only issue I realized I was supposed to be charged for a revisit but was charged for a regular visit
