I brought my pup in for a dental cleaning consultation I was told his teeth was fine but then they realized left eye was dirty. Vet said they would swab and see what the bacteria was … he never came to say what he saw and I believe he put Claro in his left ear because I was charged for it.

Tyler is always treated like a guest rather than a patient.

I know you probably can’t do anything about this, but while I was there with my cat, people in the waiting area were extremely loud and chaotic. A little boy having a screaming meltdown, sneezing and coughing without covering his mouth, people talking loudly on phones. I can’t speak for others but it was extremely distressing for my already stressed out cat (and me lol). I’ve never been to a vet office that allowed so much noise and commotion. I wouldn’t want to be the person who had to say something though, and I’m not sure if you even could so I understand but it was very upsetting. The Dr and the tech were both very kind and gentle with my cat, thank you for that. The staff was very helpful when I called before the appointment too. The only other suggestion I have is, I’d like the Pet Portal to have more details about the visit and the Dr’s determination. You’re all doing very difficult work and I appreciate everyone there!

Love this office, been coming here for 17 years with all of my dogs and will continue doing so. The doctors are great, very informative, take their time with you, and caring. I tell everyone I know, this is the place to go with your pets.

The waiting room was so crowded that people were forced to stand, which in that tiny of a space is not really workble - people had to block the door. I also had to wait almost an hour to be seen. I hope this does not occur again as it was one of the main reasons I switched from Kew Gardens Animal hospital, even though they re slightly more affordable.

Had 10:40am appointment...wasn t seen til close to 45 mins. Later.

My visit was awesome from the reception area to the vet. The vet was informed and listened. The techs were very helpful and professional. My pet is doing much better and I m very satisfied with the services provided.

Service was very fast and efficient . They showed compassion for my pet

Office visits have become quite costly especially if you have multiple pets .

Wish they actually took the time to examine my pet, wish they showed compassion and showed more concern. Wish they took more precautionary steps , wish I felt as if I was getting answers about my dogs condition instead of it feeling like they just wanted to charge me for things.
