Very disappointed! We are new to the area, it was the first time in the office. They totally forgot to give my dog his rabies, I had to go back to get it--it was the reason we went in. Bill amount seemed very high! Feel as if we were talked into things we really didn t need. Doctor was very nice, seemed very knowledgeable. They did offer a military discount. Very clean.

I am new to the practice and my fur-baby was seen on an emergency appt. She was seen immediately and taken care of with great care by everyone involved. The Dr. explained the results and what we needed to what out for and when my fur-baby would need to be seen again. I am switching both of my fur-babies over to your office because of the great professional care she received that day. Thank you

My only complaint is about the medication prescribed. There was no education given about that the medication causes GI upset and to be watchful for that. The only reason we were alerted to this was by the pharmacist when we picked up the medication. All he told us was cats typically don t respond well to this medication . After we gave the first dose, almost immediately,our cat spent 10 minutes vomiting and dry heaving. Some education about the side effects would have been really nice to receive or education on what alternative therapies are available for the infection our cat has.

This was my first time visiting the Battleground Clinic and I was very impressed. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and the staff were amazing with my very anxious dog. They got on the floor with him and tried earnestly to make him feel comfortable. I appreciate their kindness shown to both me and my pet.

This is the only Veterinary Clinic that we would visit. We have recommended Dr. Wittke to many of our friends. We know of others that we have recommended as far away as an hour and a half drive that come to Dr. Wittke s Clinic. Prices are reasonable and the service is superb!!!

We probably should have asked more questions about costs of procedures, as we were surprised when our bill was much more than we anticipated. We did understand the explanation given of procedures and testing done, but did not know the work/cost would be that extensive. We might suggest offering a price range of services expected/possible before a large bill is presented, it would help us to prepare financially.
