I definitely don’t understand the extra charge for using you debit or credit card is wrong. I understand that you are relaying the charge that you are charged by the bank on to us, but we don’t even get to meet with the vet to ask questions or explain our concerns. I also know we are paying that extra charge for you but you can write some of it off as a tax deduction. We are going through the same hard times that you are.

I was able to be seen very quickly after my dog had an allergic reaction and I m very grateful that the staff were able to fit me in. Unfortunately, I didn t feel much better after leaving since we don t know what caused it. I also was surprised that it cost >$50 for <10 min of time and no conclusion other than allergic reaction which I already knew. Ultimately, the money was worth the peace of mind, but an explanation of billing would be nice next time. Thanks!

I think it is great the way Dr.Wittke comes in the room and gets down on the floor to interact with Blade. I believe that let s him see a lot about the animal s demeanor and health. It also shows his true love for the care of our family members (pets). Thank you Dr. Wittke.

They took great care of Pepper! Due to COVID 19, I cannot comment on cleanliness of facilities as they were doing curbside service! The curbside service was well organized and attention was timely. Overall we are very pleased with Battle Ground Vet Clinic.

Battle Ground Veterinary is more than five stars. Our experience began with Cindy when we called the clinic. Personality plus and there to help with all your issues. Then the rest of the staff so friendly loving all the animals they see and their owners. Then Dr. Wittke our savior. You see our 7 year old cat had a badly broken femur and Dr. Wittke thought he would operate. He did and almost 10 weeks later she is walking on that leg and feeling glad to be out of her protective cage. I would highly recommend Battleground Vet Clinic.
