when you did the x-ray on Daisy s teeth and seen the problems I would of liked a phone call explaining the situation and what was going to be done and why because being told after the fact that she had 11 teeth pulled really shocked us. The Provider did not talk with us but the other staff members did with my husband. Daisy is doing fine and thank you for taking care of her.

I m so glad that I chose this clinic...each visit I leave with confidence that my pet is getting the best care and attention. The staff is very friendly and answer my questions completely and I leave learning something new :)

I signed up for photo updates while Blanche was being boarded for ten days. I never received any. I have boarded her now for three long stays and requested this all three times. Only once did I receive photos. I don t know if it is a lack of communication with staff or it not being marked somewhere on a clipboard. It just seems odd that it would be offered and then no follow through on actually sending the photos. The only reason I did not call half way through her boarding to check on her is because she is boarding with her Vet s office. I know I would get a call if something were truly wrong. Also we were a little disappointed to not get a boarding report card like we had in the past. I wasn t really told much about what her appetite was like, potty routine, or her demeanor during her stay. I know the the Battleground Clinic s staff takes good care of Blanche when she is in their care. I have been told by Vet Techs that they love having her. We always received such great services when we come to the office and the services level hasn t change during COVID.

I had a dog spayed and they were accommodating in scheduling a welllness appt for my older dog at the same time I picked the puppy up after surgery. I had an estimate about the different treatment options several days in advance and my pup was clearly comfortable in the building and with the staff and was back to her old self the next morning. I have been very pleased with their services now for several years.

I had some more questions to ask the dr. but it felt like he was in a hurry. I am satisfied with the care and service given I just wish he had made it more welcoming to ask more questions if I had them. The staff was great! The dr was nice. I under and acknowledge that things are busy I just don’t want to feel rushed.

Very impressed with everyone. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

Check in procedure caused a long wait. We arrived on time and called to announce our arrival. I left a message. After 15 minutes I called back to make sure someone knew I was there and was told they were just checking messages. At the time no other clients were in the parking lot.

Your office is large enough to be safe. I did not like the fact that your still having curb service.

The wait time between point of care and billing was slow. In fact when it came to switching a wormer for Hank, post Tyson s visit process of picking up and able to pay the bill was almost 45 minutes. It seemed like there was too much for receptionist to keep up.

Dr. Whitke was so nice and caring about Bear’s condition. He was very polite and came out to the car to give the results, which was so personable. This was our first visit to him because we’ve heard how good and nice he is from family in the Lafayette area. He called the following day with results, and was so considerate and caring. We think he is such a great vet and really cares about his people and furry patients.

It was our first visit and our first pet. It would have been nice to meet the vet as I had specific questions. We also believe we brought fleas home from the office. Was told our dog didn’t have them and he started chewing his leg the next day. Found fleas on him.

I had to make a 2nd trip back because i was not asked if i wanted the senior panel done on tippy on the 1st appt. But yet it was noted i declined it. I understand the measures we have to take but i think the Doctors should come out and give you an update. Dr. Witke had concerns yet i was not even told about them. She just came out and said this is how much is going to be. Not at all happy with this process.
