Maybe it would be better to start your schedule at 8:15 if you won t be able to take pet in within 5 min. Of opening at 8 am.:)

It is nice with the new setup of staying in the car. Our only issue was just how long the whole thing took. We arrived at 1020 for our 1030 appt, finally checked out and left at 1145. Just felt like it too awhile for one car who needed a shot and the other needed a shot/wellness check

I wish there was a way to have been in there with my fur baby and see the vet.

I cannot comment on the cleanliness as we don’t go in to the office. I miss getting to have any interaction with the actual Dr. I understand that this is due to current pandemic, but not hearing anything from Dr. Witke himself is a disappointment. Simply having it relayed that everything is fine is certainly not the same as being in The office with him and hearing his comment on my dog. The tech who did relay the info was friendly/great, but she is not the provider I pay to talk with. I look forward to being able to actually go into the office with my pet and interact with the staff.

We have been clients for 36 years. All vets and owners have been exceptionally caring, not only towards our pets but also us. The level of personal attention and thoroughness in examination and treatment is outstanding. I can never say enough about our appreciation for all that is done in the clinic and the friendships that have resulted. Thank you so much!

Was a good experience

We left with what felt like many changes and medications to be made despite us doing a ton for our pets already. We re not sure how necessary they all are or not, so it would be great to know what to prioritize, especially given that our budget is not endless and these foods and medications and procedures are expensive. And for context, we are really dedicated pet parents who already spend a ton of time and money to care for our cats. They get super high quality food, etc., So it is not as if we were neglectful to start

I was upset to learn that using a credit card rather than a debit card would have saved me a lot of money on the June 24th visit. The visit cost was over $1,500.00. When did you start this policy?

Still have not received invoice for visit or prescriptions picked up the following business day.

It was 96 Degrees while we sat in the truck waiting it seems a kindness of offering the lobby would be a kind to your patrons.

Fast, friendly, professional service for my cat.

This survey is hard to complete since they are under covid-19 restrictions. Our transactions were made in the parking lot. The vet we talked to over the phone was quite knowledgeable and competent, and our cat s surgery went well with an uneventful recovery. The other interactions with the staff were in the parking lot and they were nice and friendly.

I know all is different now with the Covid. Tech was wonderful. I did wait over an hour in the car waiting for Abby s return. I wish there was more of an explanation of the visit and anything noticed or recommended. Not being able to visit with the vet was discouraging.

It would be nice to not be charged for a heartworm test $30+ when my pup is on heart guard. This isn t the first time I have been charged for a service that was not necessary. Example: here s a fecal test tube that you won t be charged for untill you return it for testing, and then it s on the bill at check out. Unfortunately we will now travel to a vet that is further from our home to avoid these unnecessary up charges.

What a wonderful experience! Curbside pick up of my dogs to get their weight check went seamless!
