Dr. Slough explained everything about the surgery to me at the pre-op and again at the post-op and took the time to answer all my questions. Staff is always so friendly on the phone and in person even in this crazy COVID world. Thanks so much!

We have always been happy with our care. I want to point out that this visit was no different; however, our vet tech was amazing. She was so helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable and had such a great personality! My pup was being very energetic and barking and I regret I didn’t get her name.

Dr. Gerrard was amazing as always.

When there is a choice between two procedures you are asked which one you should chose....always pushing the most expensive procedure is not taking into account of situation of a family s financial situation. If the most expensive procedure is the only one you will push for...then say that. You guys are great! Though, making people feel bad if they do not chose the higher choice is very disappointing!

The prices for pet care are outrageous. It is very difficult to afford the prices. I am not sure if everyone is this high but I will have to start looking around as I cannot afford over $900 to have my pet’s teeth cleaned.

Everything went better than expected. However I continue to have the same problem with the office. When I went to pick up my dog, I wanted outside for over an hour. Apparently their was an emergency, which is understandable, but it would be nice if the staff would communicate this.

Overall was good. Was very surprised at the price of a health certificate compared to what I was told. Nothing I can do now, maybe I should have asked for a military discount.

Everything is very organized! Been very pleased with the expertises! Doc ken has been my doc there for 10 years! He’s the best !

The reason for some low stars is because my initial phone call for an appointment was very disappointing. My dog was in an emergency state and needed care and I was 1. Going to be charged more for initial visit and 2. Girl that took my call was very unconcerned. Example: we can get ya in the next afternoon. Not going to work with an intestine blockage and dehydration. Squeaky wheele gets the oil... my daughter called and made a fuss. Once my dog was seen we had the best experience. Doctor and assistant are exceptional. Front desk girl who took initial call, not so great.

Dr. McCutchen is always friendly and professional. We absolutely love her! I didn t catch the name of our tech on Monday, I think she might be new, but she was absolutely delightful.

We lover Dr Loter and staff! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They always make sure my pets stay up to date on everything, including reminders they are due for a follow up. Thank you Dr Loter and staff for all you do!

I really like the curbside service! I hope you keep this option in place because it helps a lot with being disabled and having difficulty carrying my pet to and from the office. The staff are great too! Everyone shows genuine care and concern for their patients.

Thank you for wearing masks and being so friendly during my visit. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and understanding. I appreciate the staff and doctor’s communication as well.

I feel like a number of unnecessary tests were done resulting in a ridiculously large bill for an annual exam.

Been to many vets in different states, this is my favorite hands down.

First class care. And loved the follow up call the next day.
