Please talk to pet parents in terms WE understand. Half of the things said were so sesquipedalian that it made the visit confusing and difficult to comprehend.

I was not told price of medicine until I checked out. If I had known I would have asked for something cheaper or if I could have gotten something over the counter that is a lot cheaper.

We waited over an hour for ear swab results and also got charged 300$ for the visit which I understand the medication was needed. But the issue was brought up at an earlier visit and was ignored then but I was then needing to schedule another appointment to meet with the doctor and get charged yet another office visit. We will be looking for another vet. My husband has been taking his animals here for the past five years and the service has continuously gotten worse over time.

Dr Taylor was afraid of my cat... Spook is incredibly docile & laid back. I have NEVER in my life seen a vet SO timid during an exam (she used tongue depressors to open his mouth!!!). Spook was uncomfortable & I think he knew she was & he hissed at her. He is 14 & NEVER hissed at a human being in his life. I asked the tech at the end of the appointment if all vets in your office are afraid of cats & she explained that it was Dr Taylor’s 4th day... I had more confidence in Megan (the tech) than I did in Dr Taylor... why you would refer a new patient to a 4day experienced doctor is not good practice in my opinion. I have requested a new doctor for Spooks follow up. I’m uncomfortable with trying to find a new vet after 15 years with my prior & your staff that answered the phone were SO incredibly nice & understanding & thought we’d found a new home for my babies. I’m hoping our follow up is a better experience.

Outstanding care of pet and of pet’s concerned owner. Reception staff professional and welcoming to both pet and owner. All questions answered and responses timely. Highly recommend this vet hispital.

The cost of our small dog’s wellness exam and a six month’s supply of heartworm pills was $285. This was more than 70% of BOTH our annual Medicare deductibles ($198 x 2.) We realize salaries and technologies and medicines continue to go up in price, but there has to be some point where reasonable pricing blends into the dog owner’s personal economy. Woodland Springs always provides good care for our little dog.

It did take a little longer than expected but an emergency arrived while we were in the exam room and that delayed things...

Felt like I was being pushed into things that I didn t need right now being told self medicating is bad how do u think farmers do it when I left I wasnt happy wont return felt rethought I was stupid and didnt know how to take care of a dog I have had dogs all my life and none ever had any problems medically

You got me in an appointment because I was worried for my Great Dane when she is just getting old ugh I hate that but was happy for the results from the visit

So I originally made the request for an appointment online, and then I called the next day after nobody got back to me and was told in a somewhat condescending manner that what I was speaking of didn t exist, and that it would be looked into, which I didn t fully appreciate. Also once there were some things I mentioned I would like to do that were forgotten about, but I will say I did get a lot done so I do understand. I did wait quite a bit for my appointment, which things happen, but it felt like a decently long time. Also the receptionists forgot to give me my paperwork until I was leaving, which was a tad obnoxious. That being said the technician working with me was wonderful, and although I went in there just for a general appointment you all got my dog up to speed on everything else he needed, which I really appreciated. I felt like my concerns were properly addressed and it was a good experience overall, and I will continue to bring my dog here.

Excellent staff - they were so kind and accommodating!

I left because I had waited for 25 minutes for the vet to come in the room. I came to the Vet because my puppy was having an allergic reaction. It must not have been an emergency if it was taking so long so I left to go back to work.

I like your practice, but you upsell and push product too much. It makes me want to avoid going because I know it’ll wind up being much more expensive than I budgeted for. I’m looking for another practice now, which is a shame because you’re very convenient.
