Dr. Loter and the staff at WSVH are amazing! They are so patient with my fur babies and attentive to my questions.

Social distancing visit. All was quick even for bringing two dogs.

Staff picking up pets from cars NONE with masks on. Two with masks ON THEIR CHINS. Waited 45 min past appointment time in the car with my pet. Very disorganized and no social distancing . Disappointed.

Woodland Springs has always taken great care of both of my dogs. Even during this Covid-19 panic, I was able to get my dog in when they could and Otto was given amazing care. The staff is always friendly and the vets are very upfront and give you the best options and keep costs low as best as they can. Thank you guys for all that you do.

Considering what’s happening with pandemic, I think it went pretty smooth for the most part.

Our first experience at Woodland Springs Vet was awesome!! All of the employees we interacted with...from the front desk staff to the vet tech...to the doctor were amazing!!!

Please talk to pet parents in terms WE understand. Half of the things said were so sesquipedalian that it made the visit confusing and difficult to comprehend.

I was not told price of medicine until I checked out. If I had known I would have asked for something cheaper or if I could have gotten something over the counter that is a lot cheaper.

We waited over an hour for ear swab results and also got charged 300$ for the visit which I understand the medication was needed. But the issue was brought up at an earlier visit and was ignored then but I was then needing to schedule another appointment to meet with the doctor and get charged yet another office visit. We will be looking for another vet. My husband has been taking his animals here for the past five years and the service has continuously gotten worse over time.
