Y all have taken such good care of Magnus since he was a puppy. He loves coming which is comforting to me, he doesn t fear anyone or any procedure because he loves the WSVC crew, and that means to world to Jacob and I. Thank you for always giving wonderful service!!!

I highly recommend Woodland Springs Vet Hospital! We are first time puppy parents and have been so pleased with our whole experience here! They have been so kind and helpful. Very easy to scheduled appointments, appointment times are very flexible, and they have provided lots of information!

My dog Abby was there for the Bordetella only. The vet tech that came to get her was not sensitive at all to her fear of leaving the room to go with her. It was very upsetting to me that she didn’t take the time to slow down until I asked her to stop pulling on the leash. In the past Abby has been coaxed to the back with a treat or my husband or I have walked through the door with her. Other than this, our overall experience was excellent

Dr. Loter is amazing! She has cared for my dog since he was born. She is so caring and informative.

We waited in a room for 30 minutes to pick up our pet. It would have been nice to be informed of the delay due to an emergency. I finally asked after 30 minutes if we had been forgotten. We understood after I inquired.

Dr. K was a absolute gift sent from heaven! Waylon is recovering well from his nostril and soft palate surgery and I wouldn’t let anyone else but him do it on my further frenchies! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

my May 10th dental appointment went fine, on time and very attentive. April 24th I had a vaccine scheduled for my 2 cats at 10:30am Saturday. I arrived at 10:20, called in and waited for 40 minutes and didn t see the doctor until after 11am. this is unacceptable. when I checked out, I asked if they had a busy morning and the front desk said no.

All staff members are always professional, friendly, and truly enjoy what they do. Very detailed in explaining any issues or recommendations for my girls, as well as discussing costs before proceeding.

Thank you Dr McCurchon and staff. The Willey family is very grateful for caring so much. We were concerned about the care and love Deano would receive. Everyone made us feel calm. We knew he was in good hands. We think you all are on top of being professional and caring. Thank you again

Everything handled timely, efficiently and professionally. Dr. Loter is really great to work with. The whole practice is run like you’d want it run.

Best staffs and doctors!

My wait time, the last two times there, have been quite long (45 minutes to 1 hour) and we were there just for a re check. I also think having to pay more than $100.00 each time we have a re check (this has been every week for 4weeks) is quite expensive. I believe that these appointments could be a tech appointment which might be less expensive. During this time of covid, it’s hard to pay that much, each week, but we want the best for our pet. We love Woodland Springs and everyone there, I just believe that they could make some appointments more cost effective

We love the Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital so much!!! Everyone is so nice and they are excellent at what they do! After every appointment, they always call the next day to check on our dog! It means a lot to us!

If there are no changes to medical information given at a previous visit, client should not have answer all these questions again. There should be an option for vet assistant to chose on the history that states “No Changes”. Even when I tell them “No Changes” they still proceed to ask the same questions about food, supplements, meds, etc.

Everyone seems to honestly care about your pet. Love the staff and doctors.
