Everyone was friendly, caring and compassionate. I can not give then enough praise. I so appreciate the great care they took of my cat who is seriously ill. They are still helping me get him back to his old self. I am extremely grateful. Wonderful care, compassionate people, and reasonable fees.

I love Dr. Masso, she always takes time to find out what s going on and never rushes through the visit. She is the best vet I ve ever had. I felt comfortable going in, chairs were fair apart and everyone had masks on

I love Cross Keys Animal Hospital. Staff is always helpful and friendly and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Masso. She is friendly and takes time to answer any and all questions regarding your pet.

I really liked our vet this time, I believe it was Dr Quinn? I’ve contemplated leaving this practice because I’ve had some horrible experiences with one of your other vets, but I will stay and continue to request this doctor each time. Emily (the tech) was also super friendly/helpful/ understanding. My dogs hate the vet and we do everything we can to take precautions training-wise to make it go as smoothly as possible, and it’s nice when the vet and tech are understanding.

Dr. Wilson was great. She listened and heard my concerns about Sam. I did not feel that she rushed her time with us. I understand the need for curbside service but I m very happy that if I choose to be in the office with Sam and the veterinarian that I am enable to do so. Ofcourse wearing a mask.

Everyone was so pleasant to deal with. The waiting time was much faster than I thought and Dr. Masso Is wonderful.

Covid has made everything a mess so doing a survey does not really reflect how the office and practice is run the Dr and assistant were excellent. Billing was not explained and nobody said anything until it was time to be seen.

I noticed on Blu record that her weight was still listed as 2.6lbs but she weighed in at 3.4 lbs. would like that to be updated but liobed the visit and Blu did well after her shots. Back to my spunky girl by evening! Thank you!
