Love the staff at Crosskeys Animal . I’ve been taking my dogs to Dr. Masso for over 20 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. You can tell she and her staff really love animals.

In the future I will ask the dr to show me the best way to give my cat a liquid. I ve had him since he was 8 weeks old and it is so difficult for me to give him any medication. Also it would be helpful if they asked what s easier for your cat to take: liquid or pills.

It is extremely difficult to get connected on the phone. While I understand it is because of the pandemic, it was worrisome for me while my pet was in surgery. It took me 10 minutes to get through to call at the time I was told (4 pm)

They always take such great care of all of my animals. My cat, Howard, had to go in for a urinary blockage and they fixed him right up! We were so worried about him but the amazing staff at Cross Keys Animal Hospital made us feel at ease. I will always recommend this vet to any of my friends who have animals!

We weren t in the office,but it always was. Very efficient Buddy gets so nervous, but the kindness of everyone toward him made it much easier since her couldn t go on in with him.
