I have been coming here for over 14 years. It started with My Toby when he was a pup and continues with my other 2 Gigi and Roxi. I will NEVER go any place else. Dr.Masso is fabulous! To me she is like a family member. She cares for my fur babies but also cares for me. Everyone here is wonderful! I could go on and on about how fantastic Cross Keys Animal Hospital is! I love them.

Amazing Staff very helpful Debbie the tech is very Good at what she does.As far as Dr.Mazzo there are not enough words to explain how Amazing she is. SHE IS THE BEST veterinarian and the ONLy one i will take my Furkids too.She listens,friendly,kind, sweet so much Knowledge and she makes you feel comfortable, i could go pn and on.I wish i worked for her!

We only sat in the waiting room about 5 minutes, but once brought back to the exam room, we ended up waiting at least 20 minutes before the doctor came in to see us.
