Due to the Coronavirus restrictions I was not inside the office. Everything went smoothly and the staff was very pleasant.

This is the best Vet I have ever been to! From the pleasant women who work at the front desk, to the incredibly friendly medical staff, and the patient, kind, and unbelievably caring physicians. I have no complaints about any aspect of this practice. I always feel welcome and I know my dog Bizkit, loves everyone there too! Thank you all for being so wonderful and working during this tough time. You are appreciated and your work is highly valued. Thanks for everything!

Loved the service but can’t wait until we are all back to face to face. I think you forget more questions when you are talking by phone than when you are face to face. It isn’t anyone’s fault, it will just be great when this whole thing is under control and we can get back to normal. But thank you all for taking Such care of our new pup Roxy. She is traumatized right now but is a work in progress.

Cross Keys Animal Hospital continually goes above and beyond!! When my little buddy is under the weather they get her right in, listen to what I have to say, spend quality time with her and make sure I understand any medications or protocols we need to put in place. I trust them every step of the way and so happy to have found them!!

Very caring people

This process worked so very well for us! We have a big dog who gets excited and likes to bark at and play with other animals in the waiting room. We are older, and he is hard for us to handle in this situation. So you picking up the dog at the car and taking him in the side door works excellent for us! Thank you so much. Also, thank you for keeping your office open so she could receive her needed shot.

Dr. Masso is always wonderful! The booking process however always seems to be a bit of miscommunication. Although this was an emergency appointment, I had an appointment scheduled for the next day that was adjusted at the time of scheduling for reasons within the office. In the long run the appointment apparently wasn t scheduled right and this has been the norm when scheduling lately within the office. Otherwise we adore the staff and always recommend other pet owners to you in a heart beat!

The staff was very friendly. They did a great job with my kitten.

Dr Ruth Olson was fantastic,she took the time to explain the issue with my pet and I’m glad to say my pet is doing much better.

I really can t answer that because we weren t able to go in due to the virus. But every time I have been inside it was very clean and no odors.
