When an emergency is needed, it is nice to meet another vet than the usual Dr masso that my new pugs have seen. I liked the new vet and was just what was needed for my Jekyll. He has a neurological problem and could not walk on all four legs. The presimone has helped him in only 5 doses since Saturday. Helen

I expected the Doctor that performed Piper’s surgery to provide me with a face-to-face update on how everything went. Techs were great but for surgery, 3 minutes with the doctor would have been excellent.
