My experience over the years with all of my dogs has been great I love having Dr. Van Kooy as my vet she is smart, kind, and considerate. I also appreciate Dr. Masso who just saw us while Dr. Van Kooy was on vacation. All I can really say is staff and doctors are the best!!

I switched to CrossKeys at the suggestion of at the time one if your existing clients. We have been with you for at least 10yrs now. We have no desire to go anywhere else. We are very comfortable with Dr Wilson, and that is nothing against the other Drs.

I have received calls from your office with blood results. They show on my phone as unknown caller. I usually do not answer any calls from a number I don t recognize. Is there a way to have the number identified as Cross Keys Animal hospital. Also, I was told that because this was a follow up to a diagnosis there would not be an office visit charge. There was.

The staff is kind and professional. Dr Masso takes time with my Gigi, I don’t feel like she is rushed. Answers all my questions and is compassionate. Very satisfied and confident that my Gigi gets great care. I recommend Cross Keys Animal Hospital to everyone.
