The whole office is just wonderful. Dr.Mary Vankooy is the best.Bonnie is so patient with Murphy and so pleasant.Penny and Ann Marie are always a joy to talk to.

The medical staff were personable and accommodating and took time to answer all my questions. I don t think the reception service staff was as personable or helpful

Thank you to Dr. Masso for being gentle but forthright with her assessment of our precious cat Luckee. She guided us to make the right decision to spend our final time with Luckee at home with us without intervention.She passed away on Saturday Sept. 16th and while we are hurting we were glad to have her home with us. Thank you Dr.Masso for your compassionate advice.

Dr Mary Van Kooy is the finest doctor--- I wish that I had personal doctor for myself that was as kind and knowledgeable --Penney is always wonderful too !!! Feel so blessed to have Cross Keys to take Theodora!

I could not have asked for better service for our dog Remy, knowing we were very busy the next day you suggested we bring him in that night, by the time we got home on Wednesday, after only 2 pills he was so much better. Thank you so much for helping to take care of Remy, could not have asked for a better vet.

My relationship with your Doctors extends back many decades. They have known both me and my pets and understand my commitment to their well being. The care they have given to all, has been very specific to each dogs time of life, and respectful of each and every one one of them as well as my understanding of our love for them. I can not imagine going anyplace else for care of our little fuzzy people. Your practice, everyone, is part of our family.
