Everyone at your office is absolutely top notch. You always run on time, allow us to come in the side to help our dog avoid any nerves, your patient with any questions and make us feel like your only appointment. And on top of all of that, your fees are very fair and reasonable for the treatment. I would recommend you over and over again. And most of all, our dog Dixie loves Dr. Wilson and so do we!

I have always received excellent care and friendly service whenever I needed to bring my dog in for an office visit.

Cross Keys Animal hospital gets 10 stars from me. Dr. Masso is wonderful, down to earth and very kind, as well as an excellent Vet. The Drs Van Coy are great and kind also. My most recent visit was an emergency with my 17 yr old kitty Beezer, who was having issues. The office squeezed us in and our visit was the first with Dr. Wilson. I was pleased with how it was handled. She covered all bases and was very thorough. The techs are great and handle our fur babies with love and kindness. The desk staff are friendly and do their best to please.
